Renergia develops and operates energy communities in Romania — structures in which consumers, prosumers, and local producers jointly generate, share, and manage energy from renewable sources.
We combine technical expertise, our proprietary digital infrastructure, and in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework to turn a model defined at the European level into an operational solution for the local market.
We analyse the consumption and production profiles of the members, size the generation capacities, and define the energy-sharing model — the structure of the flows between producers and consumers and how they are balanced in real time.
Our platform collects real-time data from meters, inverters, and consumption points, calculates the allocation of energy among members, and gives every participant full visibility into their own production, consumption, and savings.
We continuously monitor performance, identify imbalances, and ensure the projected benefits are reflected in the members’ actual costs.
The legislative framework in Romania is still being consolidated. We follow its evolution closely — from licensing and grid connection to the sharing mechanisms recognized by ANRE — and translate it into clear processes for members.
Feasibility studies
Every successful energy community starts with a rigorous feasibility study. We assess consumption profiles, generation potential, grid constraints, and the economics of sharing — before anyone invests.
