The virtual energy manager that turns energy data into action

Renergia is the virtual energy manager for your buildings. It analyzes consumption, PV production, storage and EV charging, uncovers hidden waste, predicts future demand, and turns everything into clear, actionable recommendations.

Energy data exists. Decisions are still slow.

Most buildings already collect energy data. Teams still lose time working out what changed, why, how much it costs, and what to fix first.

Renergia turns that scattered data into clear operational decisions: detect waste faster, cut unnecessary consumption, improve predictability, and act before inefficiencies become expensive patterns.

Too much data, not enough direction

Energy waste is hard to localize

Teams lose time deciding what matters

Savings are difficult to prove

From monitoring to verified action

Renergia helps your team move from raw energy data to clear, prioritized decisions.

01

Monitor

Track consumption, cost, CO₂, production, and storage across buildings, circuits, and time periods.

02

Detect

Identify abnormal consumption, unexpected peaks, inefficient schedules, and deviations from expected performance.

03

Diagnose

Understand where the issue comes from, when it happened, and which area, circuit, or equipment group is most likely responsible.

04

Recommend

Receive prioritised actions based on impact, urgency, cost-saving potential, and operational relevance.

05

Control

Automate and act on recommendations, then verify the impact so savings are delivered and sustained.

Manage a whole building portfolio: benchmark sites, compare performance, and track each one as a cost center.

Core features

Six capabilities work together to show you where your energy goes, and how to use less of it.

See exactly which equipment uses your energy (lighting, cooling, servers or machines) from a single measurement point. Our algorithms split your total consumption automatically, so you don't need a meter on every device.

Share of total consumption chart

Our star feature: an AI energy manager that works for you around the clock. It analyses consumption across your entire building portfolio, finds hidden waste and sends you clear, prioritised recommendations to cut costs and carbon emissions.

Renergia recommendation card with estimated impact

The moment consumption deviates from normal (equipment left running overnight, a faulty system, an unusual spike), you know. Alerts arrive in real time, so small problems never grow into big bills.

Real-time alert card for electric water heaters

If you produce your own energy, see production and consumption side by side, track the energy stored in your batteries and know exactly how self-sufficient each building is.

Consumption versus photovoltaic production balance

Build the exact report each stakeholder needs (finance, sustainability or operations) and share it in minutes.

Custom report builder with widget library

One aggregated view of every building you operate, with consumption, cost, intensity per m² and per occupant, CO₂ and an efficiency score side by side. Buildings of different sizes and schedules become directly comparable — the outliers stand out immediately, and you can see which site is wasting energy instead of simply being bigger. That tells you where to look first and where an intervention returns the most.

More ways to optimise

Beyond monitoring, Renergia gives you the tools to plan ahead, automate savings and keep every stakeholder informed.

01

Consumption forecasts

Know tomorrow's energy use today. Renergia predicts each building's consumption, so you can plan budgets and avoid surprises.

02

Climate control automation

Heating and cooling adjust themselves to weather and occupancy: comfortable rooms, lower bills, no manual tuning.

03

Energy intensity heatmap

Spot unusual days and hours at a glance. A colour-coded map of your consumption shows exactly when usage drifted from its baseline.

How it works

1

How it works

Connect.

Renergia builds on the meters and sensors you already have, adding only the hardware a site actually needs. Setup takes days, not months.

2

How it works

Understand.

AI breaks your consumption down by equipment and area, and learns what normal looks like for every building.

3

How it works

Act.

You get clear recommendations, real-time alerts and automation that turn insight into lower bills.

Built for offices, retail spaces, industrial buildings, and hotels, as well as any building where energy represents a significant cost.

20–30% Savings potential

Typical waste uncovered in the first months of monitoring

24/7 Always-on monitoring

AI watches every building, so your team doesn't have to

0 Extra meters needed

Energy disaggregation works from a single measurement point

100% Portfolio visibility

Costs, consumption and CO₂ for every building, in one place

FAQ

Everything companies usually want to know before trying Renergia.

Renergia collects and analyzes energy data to identify patterns, anomalies and unusual consumption. Based on these findings, the platform can recommend behavioral measures, operational changes or automation. For example, it can detect high consumption outside operating hours and flag unnecessary HVAC operation as a possible cause.

Recommendations are available directly in the platform's Virtual Energy Manager module. They are generated monthly based on the previous month's data and highlight identified problems and optimization opportunities. This gives clients clear findings and recommended actions without requiring them to manually analyze large volumes of energy data.

Renergia is suitable for buildings and organizations where energy represents a significant cost and there is a need to better understand and optimize consumption. It can be used across offices, retail locations, industrial facilities, commercial spaces, public buildings, schools and multi-site portfolios. The configuration is adapted to each client's specific consumption profile and needs.

Yes. Renergia can use existing infrastructure if it provides the necessary data in a compatible format. In this case, there is no need to replace meters or systems already in place. If the available data is insufficient, only the equipment needed to complete the monitoring infrastructure will be added.

Renergia adds energy analysis and management on top of basic consumption monitoring. A monitoring system shows how much energy you have used; Renergia analyzes that data to identify deviations, possible causes and optimization opportunities. This shifts the focus from “What does the chart show?” to “What is the problem, and what can we do next?”

We need relevant technical and operational information about the building. This may include electrical single-line diagrams, an inventory of the main equipment, operating schedules and details about the existing monitoring infrastructure. Requirements vary from one project to another, so the Renergia team works with each client to determine what is relevant for the implementation.

The main cost is OPEX, represented by the subscription for using the Renergia platform. In some cases, there may also be a CAPEX cost for additional measuring equipment, sensors, gateways or other hardware components. CAPEX depends on the existing infrastructure and may not be necessary if the available data is sufficient.

No. Renergia identifies energy waste, avoidable consumption, abnormal operation and optimization opportunities, but the actual savings depend on the initial situation and the measures implemented by the client. The platform provides the information needed to prioritize interventions and track their impact on energy consumption over time.

Yes. The collaboration can begin with a single location or pilot project, allowing you to validate how the solution works and the value it provides before expanding it. Where sufficient, the pilot can use existing infrastructure and data. The system can later be extended to additional buildings or consumption points.

The collaboration begins with an assessment of your needs, existing infrastructure and available data. Renergia then defines the appropriate configuration, implements the solution and begins monitoring and analyzing energy consumption. After implementation, the platform continues to identify anomalies and optimization opportunities, while recommendations and results can be tracked over time.
